VØX Shipping Policy

Welcome to VØX. Please review our shipping terms carefully. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

⚙️ Order Processing

·       All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

·       Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Weekend or holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

·       While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, processing may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. VØX will make reasonable efforts to notify customers via our website or email.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times

·       Once shipped, orders are delivered according to the shipping option selected at checkout.

·       Estimated delivery for North America: 6–8 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

·       Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events.

💌 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

·       You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours.

·       VØX does not guarantee the use of any specific carrier; carriers may vary depending on location and shipping method.

💼 Responsibility for Packages

·       VØX is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

·       Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

·       Packages reported as lost must be reported within 30 days of shipment confirmation. Concerns should be directed to the carrier.

Damages & Claims

·       If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging and items, and file a claim with the carrier.

·       VØX may assist with claims, but is not liable for damages or losses during shipping.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

·       Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

·       VØX is not liable for fees assessed during or after shipping.

·       For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, all applicable duties and taxes are included in the checkout price.

🏠 Address Accuracy

·       Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

·       Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error may not be refundable or replaced.

·       If an error is noticed before shipping, contact VØX .Changes after fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

📦 Not Home / Failed Deliveries

·       Couriers may leave packages at secure locations or attempt re-delivery if no one is available.

·       Packages returned due to failed delivery may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense, or a refund may be issued once received.
