At VØX, we understand that meaningful change requires time and consistency. — but real results develop through daily commitment. For that reason, we offer a structured 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, allowing you adequate time to evaluate your experience.

🔁 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Customers are required to use VØX daily for 30 consecutive days before submitting a refund request.

Why 30 days?

  • Days 1–10: Adjustment period
  • Days 11–20: Initial effects may begin
  • Days 21–30: Benefits become more noticeable

If, after completing 30 full days of consistent use, you determine that VØX is not suitable for you, you may submit a return request between Day 31 and Day 37 from the confirmed delivery date.

Return requests submitted after Day 37 will not be approved.

This return window is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and complies with applicable consumer protection laws in North America, which permit businesses to define reasonable return periods when properly communicated.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The device must be returned in good working condition
  • The device must be cleaned prior to return
  • The original internal packaging must be included
  • All flavour cores must be removed before shipment
  • Return authorization must be obtained in advance via email
  • The parcel must include the customer’s full name and order number

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Devices returned with visible residue, inserted cores, damage, or excessive wear may be subject to a $7.99 cleaning and reconditioning fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

💡 Flavour Core Policy

The three flavour core packs included in the Starter Pack are part of a bundled promotional offering. Their value is incorporated into the overall package price and they are not sold separately.

Accordingly:

  • The three included flavour cores are non-refundable
  • This applies whether they are used or unused

Additional flavour cores purchased separately may qualify for a refund only if:

  • They remain sealed and unopened
  • They are returned in resellable condition

If a Starter Pack is returned under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, the allocated value of the three included flavour cores will be deducted from the total refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended
  • VØX is not responsible for returns lost in transit

Once return authorization is granted, the return address will be provided via email.

💳 Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the funds have not appeared, customers should contact our support team.

🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada – Consumer Rights Notice

Canada and the United States generally do not mandate a universal “cooling-off” period for online purchases unless specifically required under provincial or state law.

The VØX 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a voluntary policy offered in addition to any statutory rights that may apply under North American consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
